had a long ride to the east of HK - Lantau Island. we stopped at Tung Chung Station and took a bus up to visit the Giant Buddha and monastery..
the 2 carnivorous weren't keen on vegetarian meal so we had desserts instead..after that, we shopped around in Citygate outlets and toured around Temple Street (which is also known as men's street - not much diff from ladies' street)

it was our last day in hk, so we decided to hit watsons, wing wah bakery n some sports shop to do some last minute shopping - mainly shopped for things requested by fellow friends n relatives back in msia. had our breakfast n checked out soon after. did some shopping again around kowloon n took a bus to airport. managed to grab my egg tart n polo pau for the last time in hk ;p
soy street - another interesting street name. they have many streets named after vegetables too, like Tung Choi, Sai Yeung Choi n etc. since young, i only know of sai yeung choi soup but not street =.=
we had our dinner before departing, 6 treasures meal! but it was no way compared to those we had previously. we also happily (coz me n munteng were so broke) got our refund for Octopus Card's deposit - a card we used for commuting on MTR n bus.and we spotted a 'family' toilet in the airport. haha.. we checked it out of curiosity n there's just an adult n children's toilet bowl in there. how cute~
lastly, we departed at 8plus n reached lcct at midnite. we hanged around till dawn n left seperate ways to our respective hometowns - north(ipoh), south(jb) n east(brunei)! oh ya, some mobile pics that can quite summarize our trip! ;)

indeed, it was a great trip with lotsa fond memories~ even thou we were always indecisive on what to eat, we did try new stuffs. haha.. curry yu dan was on munteng's top list but too bad, she didn't have a photo with it. chau taufu n 'tan' tart was on my list! XD think sk loves his goose rice and policemen better!
all in all, thanks loads ms. curry yu dan for being a good translator, i know u almost blew ur top few times while trying to explain the menu to us (thanks to sk ;p). and she did a wonderful job in trying to plan the itinerary.. as for sk, thanks for bringing ur extra HKDollar coz u had nthg else to spare but that.. haha.
credits to the city itself too coz they had clear signboards n road maps to guide us. so, anyone can just walk around freely without getting lost so easily. transportation there is very convenient too. just that the busy buzzling streets jam-packed with people might irritate anyone on a PMS day :/ anyone planning on a trip there, be prepared to get banged and literally rub shoulders! ;p
to wrap up,
great company + food + shopping = FUN + tiring (walking 12hours a day)! =D
